Response to your request

Relatively, you may advised your parents to secure their Income Tax Return and/or BIR Form No. 2316 from their respective employers. Their Employer/s are obligated to furnish every employees' a copy of BIR Form No. 2316 as a proof of taxes withheld which shall serve as the Annual Income Tax Return of your parents per Revenue Regulation 2-98, as amended.
