Hi. I am writing this request to ask who should I contact so that I can transfer my RDO code from 051 to 081 which is Cebu City since my new employer requires my RDO to match my current address. I went to BIR in Cebu City but they said that the original BIR office where my TIN was originally created should be the one to process it but I don't have any contact with the 051 BIR Office. Please let me know what to do next. Thank you.
