Dear Ms. Ana Marie Du,
First of all, thank you very much for accepting and informing that the zonal valuation will be available on or before June 7, 2021.
However, June 14, 2021 is the deadline for the availment of the estate tax amnesty, such that we need the zonal valuation of our land in Amao, Baluan, General Santos City as soon as possible, otherwise we cannot estimate if we can afford the tax or not and continue exerting effort and spending for the processing of documents, etc. (or even look for remedies to be able to afford it).
So I most kindly request that the zip file of the zonal valuation be made available as soon as possible ... hopefully in the next few days ... at least much, much sooner than June 7, 2021.

Response to Request
This is in reply to your email message dated May 17, 2021, regarding your request for the zonal value of property located in Amao, Baluan, General Santos City.
Upon Verification in the BIR website, there is a zonal value for the abovementioned property. It is located in Sheet No. 7 under Department Order (D.O.) No. 06-2019 3rd revision. The existing Zonal Value for your property in Amao, Baluan, General Santos City under All lots along Amao Road for Residential (RR) is P775.00.
