Hi! I would like to request a copy of my BIR 2316. My previous company which is Asti Business Services Inc., won't cooperate with my request, I have requested last December 2022 and been following up since then, but they don't response. Please for your kind assistance. My current employer is requiring me to submit. Thank you

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not show record of your 2316 despite efforts to retrieve as per  District's system file. Nevertheless, We appreciate you for taking your time with us and hope to serve you better next time.
