Hi, i would like to know if a OFW who wins a lottery prize abroad, will it be subjected to tax, or would it be considered as overseas income which is tax free.

In reply, please be informed that the winnings derived/acquired outside the Philippines (Abroad) is considered tax free, if that winnings is already subjected to the appropriate/applicable tax of that particular country.
