I refer to my letter of Aug. 03, 2021, 10:23:22 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for BIR Form 2316.
Response to your request
In order for us to work further on your request, please indicate your employer’s TIN, RDO no., business name & address. Also, kindly provide us your contact number, two government-issued IDs and your selfie picture, as proof of your identity and email it at ana.marie.du@bir.gov.ph.
Moreover, please be informed that your 2020-2021 BIR Form No. 2316 (Certificate of Compensation Payment/Tax Withheld) should be issued by your employer as it is mandated by law that every employer shall issue BIR Form No. 2316 to every employee before the close of such calendar year, or if employment is terminated, on the day on which the last payment of compensation is made.
During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Oct. 27, 2021, 10:58:47 AM, your request will be closed.
