Hi! I would like to request a Certificate of Tax Exemption as it is needed by my daughter as one of the requirements for an Entrance Exam.

I refer to my letter of Jan 18, 2024 09:39:14 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Certificate of Tax Exemption.
