I would just like to verify my TIN Number and what RDO it is currently registered to.

Where can I send my TIN Number and my Personal Information if needed?

Dear Reginald Anthony Ramos:

Greetings!

This is in connection with your request forTIN Verification Slip and RDO Verification, with Tracking No: #BIR-874574757755.

After careful consideration, we resolve to deny your request due to the reason that the request falls outside the scope of the FOI program (i.e. the request is a front-line/government service of the agency, etc.).

We would like to advise you to visit our Revenue District Office (RDO) on your request. Please bring two (2) valid government-issued I.Ds containing the photograph and signature as proof of your identity. 

If the request is made through representative, in addition to the above paragraph, the written authorization and/or special power of attorney of the requesting party (principal) and at least two (2) valid government IDs containing the photograph and signature of the representative shall be presented.
