You asked for Zonal Value of Villa Segovia, Santa Rosa Laguna.

Response to Request

Your FOI request is approved. I enclose a copy of [reply] of the information you requested.

Dear Ms. Salle	
		
This is in reply to your email message dated June 21, 2022, regarding your request for the latest zonal value of Villa Segovia, Santa Rosa, Laguna.

Upon verification the Zonal Value for your property in Villa Segovia, Sta. Rosa Laguna is P7,500.00.

Please be informed that you can access the zonal valuation thru the BIR website www.bir.gov.ph  , click the scroll down button in the “I want to” field.  Choose in the list “See Zonal Values” and then perform the following procedure:

1. Select the RDO where the property is located (click RDO 57 – Biñan City, West 
Laguna);
2. Download and open the “Zip Excel File” and several sheets will be displayed; 
3. Select the ‘NOTICE’ sheet as it will serve as guide on the content of each sheet; 
4. Choose the revision schedule that you need before you select the sheet for the zonal Value (click Sheet 8 for the latest zonal values); and 
5. After clicking on the sheet you have selected, look for the specific municipality and barangay where your property is located and its corresponding zonal value.

Your right to request a review
