August 30, 2022 Dear Ronello Omero: Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Aug 29, 2022 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for requesting for ITR/ Form 2316 for personal bank loan. Response to your request In reply, we resolve to deny your request for the following reason/s: 1. The requesting party shall attach to his/her FOI request at least two (2) valid government issued I.D.s containing the photograph and signature of the requesting party; and 2. If you wish to have a copy of your latest BIR form 2316 for the year 2021, please visit the Revenue District Office (RDO) where your Employer (2021) is registered and fill-out FOI request form and present your identification card together with your request letter. Also, this would require a certification fee of 100 pesos and 1 documentary stamp worth 30pesos for each copy that you can pay thru the Revenue Collection Officer of the district office. Thank you.
