Dear Ms. Tactica:

I refer to my letter of Oct 31, 2023 08:40:49 AM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Request for latest 2316.

In reply, we verified from our system and you are registered as Local Employee. Your request for a copy of your Income Tax Return/BIR Form No. 2316 for the Calendar Years 2022 to 2023 (in case your employment with the company has been terminated before the end of this year) can be obtained through your employer as they are obligated to furnish every employee a copy thereof as a proof of taxes withheld which shall serve as your Annual Income Tax Return per Revenue Regulation 2-98, as amended.

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Jan 23, 2024 02:20:35 AM, your request will be closed.
