Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Nov 09, 2022 02:49:16 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your Request

You asked for Income Tax Return (ITR) Request.

Response to Request

Per our telephone conversation today, November 10, you have been provided by your employer copies of your BIR Form 2316 for Calendar Year (CY) 2020 and 2021 as proof that your taxes were withheld. This shall serve as your Income Tax Return (ITR).

On the other hand, issuance of BIR Form 2316 for CY 2022 will be on January 31 and submission to the concerned BIR Revenue District Office (RDO) is on February 28, 2023.
