Dear kimberly rocel belisario,

I refer to my letter of Jul 01, 2021 05:40:53 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for latest Income tax return.

In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query. Kindly provide us the following details:
-	What ITR did you file for CY 2020? Was it 1700 or 1701? 
-	May we know where you filed your ITR, what RDO are you registered with?
-	Your TIN (if self-employed)
-	If employed, please indicate your employer’s TIN, business name & address
Also, kindly provide us the Tax Return Confirmation Receipt (if your ITR were filed online) and email it at ana.marie.du@bir.gov.ph.

Please be reminded that TIN is confidential information that is bounded by the Data Privacy Act of 2012.

Furthermore, please be informed that the ITRs that we have in our files are those returns that were filed and paid over-the-counter through our various Accredited Agent Banks; however, for no-payment returns that were filed through our eBIRforms and EFPS system, we do not have the hard copies of these returns on file. Also, your BIR Form 2316 should have been issued to you by your employer as it is mandated by law that every employer shall issue BIR Form No. 2316 to every employee if employment is terminated before the close of such calendar year, or on the day on which the last payment of compensation is made.  

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Sept. 24, 2021 08:48:47 AM, your request will be closed.
