Dear Ms. Aguillon,

I refer to my letter of Feb 15, 2022 11:35:41 AM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for 2316 for 2020.

In order for us to properly endorse your request to the concerned office, we need more information from you regarding your request for 2316. Kindly email us your employer/employer's TIN, name & business address, and RDO of your employer for CY 2020 and email them at ana.marie.du@bir.gov.ph. as these contain sensitive information.

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before May 11, 2022 12:40:39 AM, your request will be closed.
