I would like to kindly request for my ITR for the previous years 2019 and 2020 as a requirement to file my Annual ITR for 2021.

Dear Ms, Maquirang,

I refer to my letter of Mar 18, 2022 06:28:02 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Income Tax Return.

In order for us to properly endorse and work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query. Kindly provide us with the following details and email them at ana.marie.du@bir.gov.ph. as these contain sensitive information
-What ITR form did you file for CY 2020? 
-Where did you file your ITR, what RDO are you registered with?
-Tax Return Confirmation Receipt (if your ITR was filed online) 

Please be informed that the ITRs that we have in our files are those returns that were filed and paid over-the-counter through our various Accredited Agent Banks; however, for no-payment returns that were filed through our eBIRforms and EFPS system, we do not have the hard copies of these returns on file. Your ITR for 2021 is yet to be filed on or before April 15 this year hence, we can not provide you the same.

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Jun 10, 2022 01:36:15 PM, your request will be closed.

We hope to hear from you at the soonest possible time.
