Hi good day , I would like to request the 
for our thesis data
1.)Number of real estate property successfully sold such as villas, condominiums etc. With the buyers profile specifically its age and gender from year 2015-2022 in Davao City .

2.)Number of real estate property successfully sold such as villas, condominiums etc. With the buyers profile specifically its age and gender from year 2015-2022 in Cebu City

3.)Number of real estate property successfully sold such as villas, condominiums etc. With the buyers profile specifically its age and gender from year 2015-2022 in  City of Manila.

Thank you for your request dated Jul 13, 2022 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You request for the number of real estate property successfully sold with the buyers generic profile.

Please be informed that the information cited in your request did not qualify in the Revised People's Freedom of Information Manual for the Bureau of Internal Revenue, Chapter VI-Standard Procedure for FOI Requests, Section 13.4 (d), quoted as follows:

Sec. 13.4 (d) if the requesting party is a natural person who is a member employee, affiliated with or related to a juridical entity, company or organization, and the request is made not in behalf of such juridical entity, company or organization, and the request is made not in behalf of such juridical entity, company or organization but arises from such membership, affiliation or relation, such other sufficient proof of authority or affiliation;

For example, for an employee or member, a copy of the company or organization I.D., or for students, a copy of the valid school I.D. and written indorsement of the supervising teacher/professor/instructor.

In view hereof, we regret to inform you that your request has been denied due to the aforecited reason/s. Further, the information you are requesting as to the "Buyer's
Profile" is covered under Section 270 of the National Internal Revenue Code, as amended.
