Hi! I am requesting a copy of my income tax return for the period covered 2019-2020 to submit as a part of requirement in application to DOST scholarship of my daughter. Thank you for your assistance!

Dear Ms. De Leon,

I refer to my letter of Nov 21, 2021 09:21:17 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Income Tax Return(2316)  for the year 2019-2020.

In order for us to work further on your request, kindly provide us the following details and email them at ana.marie.du@bir.gov.ph. as these contain sensitive information:
What ITR form did you file from 2019-2020? 
-Where did you file your ITR, what RDO are you registered with?
-Tax Return Confirmation Receipt (if your ITR were filed online) 

Please be informed that the ITRs that we have in our files are those returns that were filed and paid over-the-counter through our various Accredited Agent Banks; however, for no-payment returns that were filed through our eBIRforms and EFPS system, we do not have the hard copies of these returns on file.

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Feb 14, 2022 03:48:33 AM, your request will be closed.
