Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Aug 03, 2022 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You request for a copy of your Income Tax Return (ITR).

You request for a copy of your Income Tax Return (ITR) and/or BIR Form 2316.

In reply, while our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance you will need to resubmit your request as there are missing requirement/s per Section 13.3 of the Revised People's Freedom of Information Manual for the Bureau of Internal Revenue.  Kindly attach two valid IDs with your birthdate and picture, for validation purpose.
