I refer to my letter of Sep 26, 2023 01:26:09 AM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Request RDO Transfer.

In reply, in order to trace your document, can we be provided of the following information:

1. Date of your email request?
2. Your email address used in sending the request?
3. You send it thru via what BIR/RDO Email Account? and
4. What is your New RDO?
5. Scanned Copy/copies of your BIR Form 1905 and your Two (2) Valid Government Issued I.D.s.
