Dear Ms. Raymundo,

I refer to my letter of Sep 26, 2021 11:26:34 AM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Income tax Return.

In order for us to work further on your request, in particular, it would be helpful to know the specific information for us to properly endorse your request to the concerned RDO. Kindly provide us the following specific details for each year and email it at ana.marie.du@bir.gov.ph as these are sensitive information:
-	What ITR did you file from 2014-2015? Was it 1700 or 1701? 
-	Where did you file your ITR, what RDO are you registered with?
-	Your TIN (if self-employed)
-	Tax Return Confirmation Receipt (if your ITR were filed online) 

Furthermore, the ITRs that we have in our files are those returns that were filed and paid over-the-counter through our various Accredited Agent Banks; however, for no-payment returns that were filed through our eBIRforms and EFPS system, we do not have the hard copies of these returns on file. 

Please be informed that if you have been employed, and as an employee whose income tax has been correctly withheld by her employer, is not required to file an income tax return provided that you have only one employer and has been qualified for substituted filing for the taxable year - the Certificate of Withholding filed by the respective employers, duly stamped "Received" by the Bureau, shall be tantamount to the filing of income tax returns by said employees.

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Dec 20, 2021 04:18:42 AM, your request will be closed.
