I would like just to request copy of my ITR 2316 record from january 1 to july 31, 2021. This is because the company I am applying for is requesting copy of  my ITR before I start working for them.

You asked for Certificate of Compensation Payment/ Tax Withheld (BIR Form No: 2316).

Response to your request
While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested as your 2316 is yet to be filed to our office on or before April next year. However, you may request this from your employer as it is mandated by law that every employer shall issue BIR Form No. 2316 to every employee before the close of such calendar year, if employment is terminated, on the day on which the last payment of compensation is made.
