BIR Revenue Memorandum Order 27-2020 dated 21 July 2020 prescribes the BIR Digital Transformation Roadmap 2020-2030 which shall be implemented in two phases.
May I ask for a copy of the roadmap itself for more detailed information of the agency's plans aside from what is provided in Annex A and B?

I attended an webinar / convention last week which was organized by an online Tax Payment platform.
The roadmap was briefly mentioned during the discussions. I was able to browse the Revenue Memo Order 27-2020 available from the BIR website.
I would like to ask for a copy of the Digitalization Roadmap to better understand what projects and activities shall be implemented to achieve the desired outcomes.
