Hi, Good day. I am Charlie Calsena of Perth Australia , I just want to ask if it is possible to obtain my ITR for my wife Danajel Faith Calsena of Bacolod City for the period I stated above. We will use this documents for immigration purposes. Her maiden name is Danajel Faith R. Ortiz. Thank you for your assistance.

Response to your request
While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, however, in this instance your request has been denied because our office is restricted by rules under Sec. 270 of the NIRC of 1997, as amended and Data Privacy Act of 2012. 

You may just advise your wife to submit a request herself and attach scanned copies of at least two (2) valid government I.Ds containing her birthdate, photograph, and signature.

For your guidance, please refer to the Revised People's Freedom of Information Manual for the Bureau of Internal Revenue, which is available for download at the Bureau's Official Website or www.bir.gov.ph.
