Good morning. Relative to the ongoing tax investigation of Jakob Walland, the Bureau is asking your office if we could have any data of his property which are being lease.

According to the inspection made by BIR, premises of Jakob Walland are offered for lease, hence he needs to register to the BIR.

In view of this, may we request to your good office to help us to verify the leasing transactions made by Mr. Walland.

If possible, kindly provide the following documents:
1. Property Holdings under the name of Jakob Walland
2. Contract of Lease with Jakob Walland
3. Lessor information (if any)
