I would like to request for my income tax return copy for my submission of requirements to skills assessment for permanent residency application bound to Australia. Your assistance in this matter is greatly appreciated.

Dear Mr. BASER,

I refer to my letter of Mar 01, 2022 09:36:06 AM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for INCOME TAX RETURN.

In order for us to properly endorse and work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query. If you are asking for ITR, kindly provide us with the following details and email them at ana.marie.du@bir.gov.ph. as these contain sensitive information
-What ITR form did you file for CY 2015-2018? 
-Where did you file your ITR, what RDO are you registered with?
-Tax Return Confirmation Receipt (if your ITR was filed online) 

Please be informed that the ITRs that we have in our files are those returns that were filed and paid over-the-counter through our various Accredited Agent Banks; however, for no-payment returns that were filed through our eBIRforms and EFPS system, we do not have the hard copies of these returns on file.

However, we would also like to suggest that if you know where you filed your ITR, you may directly request it to the concerned RDO, bring the duplicate/xerox copy with you for they may also need to validate and determine if you are the rightful owner of the documents requested as these are sensitive information and are bound by the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and Sec 270 of the NIRC.

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before May 24, 2022 03:05:16 AM, your request will be closed.
