Dear Ms. Alvarez,

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Feb 02, 2022 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your request
You asked for Income Tax Return.

Please be informed also that our office is constrained by rules under Sec.13.4. a, Standard Procedure for FOI Request to wit:” The requesting party shall attach to his or her FOI request the following:
a.	At least two (2) valid government I.D.s containing the photograph and signature of the requesting part) 
As you did not attach two valid IDs with your birthdate and picture as proof of your identity and other contact details, hence your request is denied.

Moreover, your ITR is yet to be filed on or before April 15, hence, we cannot provide you the same. However, if you are an employee, you may just request the BIR Form 2316 from your employer as they are the main source of the document.
