Good day!

I would like to request for the copy of Annex A of RMO 28-2012 dated December 19, 2012. Kindly note that this is not uploaded with the full text in the BIR website.

This will help us to understand the taxpayer's remedies in collection function of the BIR. Moreover, we understand that portions of it were obsolete. However, some provisions of the said Order are still relevant for the tax audit of the BIR.
