Hi,
I am respectfully requesting a copy of TIN verification slip. 

I went to two different BIR branches to verify my TIN number. However, both branches gave two different TIN. Hence, requesting a verification slip here.

In reply, we cannot provide you your requested TIN Verification Slip because "TIN is considered a piece of sensitive personal information that is bounded by the Data Privacy Act of 2012".

You may visit our Revenue District Office (RDO) No. 48-West Makati located at 34th Floor Export Bank Plaza Building corner Chino Roces and Sen. Gil Puyat Avenue, Makati City on your request.

Please bring two (2) valid government-issued I.D.s containing the photograph and signature as proof of your identity for validation purpose.
