You asked for 1701-A ANNUAL INCOME TAX RETURN.

Response to your request

Per checking in our system, your Income Tax Return for TY 2022 has been filed and paid online, hence, your requested document is accessible on your end. Should you wish your ITR and its attachments be stamped received by this office, kindly print your copy including proof of payment and bring it to RDO 112 Office, Tagum City. However, since this is already beyond the deadline, a penalty shall be imposed for late submission.
