Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Mar 16, 2023 10:46:47 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your Request

You asked for Income Tax Return and/or BIR Form 2316.

Response to Request

We called your mobile number today, March 17, and apprised you that you may ask your company/employer (Adca Arena) for the copy of your Income Tax Return and/or BIR Form 2316. The said document must be issued to the employee  (from your employer) on or before Jan. 31 of the succeeding year, or on the day of last payment of wages in case of termination from employment.

Also for clarifications to your queries, you may get in touch with the Compliance Section of the Revenue District Office (RDO) where your employer is registered.
