Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Oct 09, 2022 04:03:41 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the Income Tax Return you are requesting. Based on  the BIR Integrated Tax System you are not a filer of Annual Income Return (1700/1701), however, your BIR Form 2016 if substituted filing, will serve as your ITR in lieu of your 1700.
