May I request a soft copy of my form 1902? I went to the BIR office-San Pedro RDO57 today to request for a TIN ID but they told me that TIN ID application was suspended since it was the holy week. I am working on a tight schedule so I thought I would just get a copy of my 1902. I was originally registered in RDO 53A but was transferred to RDO 57.

Response to your request
We were able to determine that your request cannot be counted as a valid FOI request as it is part of the frontline service of the BIR, hence your request is denied.

In this regard, to personally verify your TIN, we highly advise you to call our Customer Assistance Division (CAD) at telephone numbers: (02)85383200, Monday-Friday from 8:00AM to 5:00PM, except holidays. Furthermore, you may also try using the BIR Mobile TIN Verifier App by downloading this link: (https://play.google.com/store/apps./details?id=com.bir.birrr6manila&&hl=en&gl=US) or thru the App Store for IOS users.

On the other hand, you may also visit the BIR Revenue District Office (RDO) wher you are registered to personally request for your  TIN ID and/or BIR Form 1902. Please bring any of your government-issued IDs as proof of your identity.
