Hi. This is Rex Rivera of ACCRA Law Office. We filed a Tax Treaty Relief Application with the International Tax Affairs Division ("ITAD") on 02 September 2022. In the said application, we attached the originals of the requisite documents. 

In the meantime, the other party to the Deed of Sale intends to process the eCAR Application over the property as soon as possible and will be therefore needing the same originals we previously submitted to the ITAD.

The ITAD examiner suggested that we secure Certified True Copies from their office instead. Hence, this FOI application. [Character limit]
