I refer to my letter of Sep 06, 2022 07:47:36 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for 2015-2022 Income Tax Return (ITR).
In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query. You have indicated in your request that you require a copy of your Income Tax Return (ITR) for Taxable Period September 6, 2015 to September 6, 2022. For verification and clarification, kindly provide additional information on the following:
1. Did you have a registered business between the period September 6, 2015 to September 6, 2022? Or were you an individual earning on purely compensation income from the period September 6, 2015 to September 6, 2022?
2. If employed, kindly provide the name of your employer/s and registered address of your Employer for the period September 6, 2015 to September 6, 2022?
3. Withstanding your answer to the first and second query, did you file an ITR for the cited period?

This is in relation to your eFOI request with Tracking Number #BIR-911090295731, requesting for a copy of BIR Form 2316 from your employer, Paymaya Philippines, Inc. (TIN:006-745-246) for the year 2021.
Please be informed that Paymaya Phils. Inc. was enlisted as a Large Taxpayer effective January 1, 2022 and in this regard, the Large Taxpayers Service does not have any record of submitted BIR Form 2316 prior to the enlistment of your employer as a large taxpayer.
Kindly lodge in a new request so we can endorse said request to the old RDO of your employer, which in this case is RDO 41-Mandaluyong.
