You request for E-TIN In reply, you can either do three (3) things: 1. You can visit the nearest Revenue District Office (RDO) on your request for Tin verification request. Please bring two (2) valid government-issued I.Ds containing the photograph and signature as proof of your identity. If the request is made through representative, a written authorization and/or special power of attorney of the requesting party (principal) and at least two (2) valid government IDs containing the photograph and signature of the representative shall be presented. 2. You may call our Customer Assistance Division (CAD) at telephone numbers: (02) 8538-3200, Monday-Friday from 8:00AM to 5:00PM, except holidays. 3. You may also try using the BIR Mobile TIN Verifier App by downloading this link: (https://play.google.com/store/apps./details?id=com.bir.birrr6manila&&hl=en&gl=US) or thru the App Store for IOS users.
