Dear AERICA CO,

I refer to my letter of Jun 21, 2021 11:16:02 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Requesting for copy of Income Tax Return.

In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query. May we know where you filed your ITR from CY 2019-2020? Please provide us your RDO where you were registered from 2019 -2020 for us to properly endorsed your request to the concerned RDO. Please be informed that that the ITRs that we have in our files are those returns which were filed and paid over-the-counter through our various Accredited Agent Banks; however, for no-payment returns that were filed through our eBIRforms and EFPS system, we regret to inform you that we do not have the hard copies of these returns on file.

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Sept 14, 2021 01:06:51 AM, your request will be closed.

We hope to hear from you at the soonest possible time.
