I would like to rquest for my ITR BIR form 2316

Dear Mr. Roxas,

I refer to my letter of Feb 10, 2022 12:26:12 AM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for ITR form 2316.

In order for us to properly endorse and work further on your request, please be specific on your request if it is ITR or BIR form 2316 as we have different policies and venue and manner of filing on them. 

If you are asking for ITR, kindly provide us with the following details and email them at ana.marie.du@bir.gov.ph. as these  contain sensitive information
-What ITR form did you file? 
-Where did you file your ITR, what RDO are you registered with?
-Tax Return Confirmation Receipt (if your ITR were filed online) 
On the other hand, for 2316,please provide us your employer’s TIN, RDO and email the same.

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before May 05, 2022 12:41:37 AM, your request will be closed.
