Dear Maria Noemi Segundo,

I refer to my letter of May 05, 2023 06:08:47 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Latest Income Tax Return and/or BIR Form 2316.

We called your mobile number today, May 8, to validate your existing eFOI request, however, it was unsuccessful.

Relatively to this, your request can be obtained through your employer as they are obligated to furnish every employee a copy thereof as a proof of taxes withheld which shall serve as an Annual Income Tax Return of the latter according to Revenue Regulation 2-98, as amended.

If you have question/concern, kindly email sherry.ann.arcita@bir.gov.ph and indicate in the subject email ticket number #BIR-919962516579, to respond.

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Jul 31, 2023 02:34:37 AM, your request will be closed.

message ko nalang po yung email address na binigay niyo. hindi ko po kasi nasagot at nasa banyo. mahirap po kasi kumuha sa employer namin. ang daming tanong. ang tagal pa ibigay kahit na follow up na
