Hi My name is Garneth Sumanting,  I would like to request for an email of RDO 126. 
I want to change my RDO 126 to RDO 081. 
My TIN NO. is 608-967-688-000 can you please verify what RDO I really belong since its very odd that I belong n RDO 126

Greetings!

You asked for REQUEST OF RDO CHANGE FROM RDO 126 TO RDO 081.

Response to your request

In reply, we resolved to deny your request for transfer of Revenue District Office (RDO) Code due to the reason that your request lack a Notarized Written Authorization or Special Power of Attorney (SPA) signed by the principal and scanned copies of at least two (2) valid government I.D.s containing the photograph and signature of such representative and the principal (yourself).

Kindly resubmit your request with your government issued I.D and accomplished BIR Form 1905 (which is downloadable at the BIR website) and SPA just in case it will be requested by your representative.
