Request for Income Tax Return (Form 2316)

Requested from BIR by E. Blasco at 10:48 AM on Dec 12, 2023.
Purpose: Proof or evidence of paid employment as a requirement for Australian immigration
Date of Coverage: 01/01/2010 - 12/31/2012
Tracking no: #BIR-920114619961

Blasco 10:48 AM, Dec 12, 2023

To whom it may concern:

Hope all is well. May I request a copy of my ITR for FY 2010-2012? For the purpose of proof or evidence of paid employment as a requirement for Australian immigration. I have lost my copies and previous employer couldn't provide me with a copy as well since as they have archived the records.

At the least, could I get a statement from your office indicating that I've paid tax for the financial years 2010, 2011, 2012 indicating my employer's name?

I highly appreciate your assistance on this matter.
