I refer to my letter of Mar 18, 2022 02:30:31 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Certified true copy of ITR for the year 2020 and 2021.

In order for us to properly endorse and work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query. If you are asking for ITR, kindly provide us with the following details and email them at ana.marie.du@bir.gov.ph. as these contain sensitive information
-What ITR form did you file for CY 2020-2021? 
-Where did you file your ITR?
-Tax Return Confirmation Receipt (if your ITR was filed online) 

Please be informed that the ITRs that we have in our files are those returns that were filed and paid over-the-counter through our various Accredited Agent Banks; however, for no-payment returns that were filed through our eBIRforms and EFPS system, we do not have the hard copies of these returns on file. 

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Jun 10, 2022 01:20:44 PM, your request will be closed.

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Mar 18, 2022 02:30:31 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your request

You asked for Certified true copy of ITR for the year 2020 and 2021.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information like what ITR form did you file for the CY 2020-2021, Where did you file your ITR and Tax Confirmation Receipt, (if filed online). These are the informations required for us to validate and retrieve the files you need in your request. 

Further it was verified from our BIR-ITS system that you are registered under RDO 41 Mandaluyong as Local Employee. Hence, you are classified as substituted filer. Wherein your employer is the one required to file your ITR on your behalf. (Please find attached ITS verification)
