You asked for BIR Zonal Value.
Response to Request
Your FOI request is approved. I enclose a copy of [reply] of the information you requested.
Dear Ms. Chupek:
This is in reply to your email message dated November 24, 2022, regarding your request for a copy of the zonal values for the following:
1. Budlaan, Talamban, Cebu City for Agricultural land 1971-1975.
2. Busay, Cebu City Agicultural land 1971-1972.
3. Pulangbato, Talamban, Cebu City for 1971-1977.
Please be informed that the initial zonal valuation in Cebu City took effect on September 21, 1989.
Furthermore, you can access the zonal valuation thru the BIR website www.bir.gov.ph , click the scroll down button in the “I want to” field. Choose in the list “See Zonal Values” and then perform the following procedure:
1. Select the RDO where the property is located;
2. Download and open the “Zip Excel File” and several sheets will be displayed;
3. Select the ‘NOTICE’ sheet as it will serve as guide on the content of each sheet;
4. Choose the revision schedule that you need before you select the sheet for the zonal Value ; and
5. After clicking on the sheet you have selected, look for the specific municipality and barangay where your property is located and its corresponding zonal value.
