Dear Mr. Ralph Aleman:

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Jul 06, 2022 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You request for Electronic Certificate Authorizing Registration (eCAR) Update.

In reply, after careful consideration, we resolve to deny your request due to the reason that the request falls outside the scope of the FOI program (i.e. the request is a front-line/government service of the agency, etc.).

We also coordinated your concern to the Revenue District Office (RDO) No. 60-Lucena City and we were informed, that the Assigned Revenue Officer (RO) was in constant communication with you. They will be coordinating and they will call today (July 7, 2022) and will assist you regarding the submission of your pending/lacking documentary requirements in order to complete the process of your eCar Claim. Kindly pay attention on your mobile phone.
