Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Jul 12, 2022 01:31:19 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You request/asked for your Income Tax Return 2021 and 2022.

In reply, we already called your contact information today (July 13, 2022 at 11:19 A.M) and apprised you that being a Insurance Agent/Self-Employed Professionals you are required to file your own Income Tax Return (BIR Form 1701) last April 18, 2022 at the Revenue District Office (RDO) where you are registered.
