I would like to request a copy of my Income Tax Return from January 27, 2014 to September 26,2014 when I was employed with MDC BuildPlus. I am currently an OFW and without direct access to your office in the Philippines. I will need to use it for my employment verication with Engineer's Australia.

Dear Mr. Saitanan,

I refer to my letter of Nov 11, 2021 10:39:43 AM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Income Tax Return Copy.

In order for us to work further on your request, kindly provide us the following details and email them at ana.marie.du@bir.gov.ph. as these contain sensitive information:
-What ITR form did you file in 2014 
-Where did you file your ITR, what RDO are you registered with?
-Your TIN (if self-employed)
-If employed, please indicate your employer’s TIN, RDO no., business name & address
-Tax Return Confirmation Receipt (if your ITR were filed online) 

Please be informed that the ITRs that we have in our files are those returns that were filed and paid over-the-counter through our various Accredited Agent Banks; however, for no-payment returns that were filed through our eBIRforms and EFPS system, we do not have the hard copies of these returns on file.

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Feb 03, 2022 02:59:39 AM, your request will be closed.

We hope to hear from you at the soonest possible time.
