Hi i would like to know where can we ask for assistance regarding BIR 1904 or E.O 98 application in ORUS. (Cannot generate tin number) i did not received any reference number upon submission of my application. I did not received any help from emailing contact_us@bir.gov.ph. it has been passed 3 days since i submitted my application

In reply, please be informed that the Customer Assistance Division (CAD) sent an email reply to your gmail account today, December 18, 2023, to wit:

"The application for registration is subject for review and evaluation of the Revenue District Office (RDO). As such, we suggest to coordinate directly with the RDO indicated in your ORUS Profile Page. You may view the list of available contact details of RDOs at the BIR Website via https://www.bir.gov.ph."
