Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Aug 30, 2023 01:46:46 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested since you have not filed any and the calendar taxable year 2023 ending December 31, 2023 is not yet completed.

Moreover, it has been explained to you via phone call the filing of Income taxes including the quarterly returns.

Therefore, your request for Annual Income tax return 2023 is invalid hence denied.
