Hi! I would like to request a copy of my father's, Raul Santiago Dumas (birthdate: 09/24/1962), 2020 Income Tax Return for my scholarship requirement.

Response to your request
Kindly advise your father to submit a request himself and attach scanned copies of at least two (2) valid government I.Ds containing his birthdate, photograph, and signature. He may also request directly to the concerned RDO for immediate processing of your request. 

Please be informed that the ITRs that we have in our files are those returns that were filed and paid over-the-counter through our various Accredited Agent Banks; however, for no-payment returns that were filed through our eBIRforms and EFPS system, we do not have the hard copies of these returns on file. 

For your guidance, please refer to the Revised People's Freedom of Information Manual for the Bureau of Internal Revenue, which is available for download at the Bureau's Official Website or www.bir.gov.ph.
