Hi Sir/Ma’am, 

I would like to request for a copy of the Updated Collection Manual of the BIR under Annex “A” of RMO No. 28-2012. I would like to understand the collection proceedings instituted by the BIR. I could not downlod the same from the BIR website as it is not uploaded therein. Could you send the same to my email.
