You asked for Income Tax Return and/or BIR Form No. 2316.

Response to your request

We called your mobile number today, August 24 and apprised you that your concern/request can be obtained from your employer as they are obligated to furnish every employee a copy of BIR Form No. 2316 as a proof of taxes withheld which shall serve as your Annual Income Tax Return (AITR) per Revenue Regulation 2-98, as amended.
